Hi, I’m Christopher Price.

I earned an MBA from the University of Denver and have had great success as a real estate investor, senior strategic business planner for AT&T, technology and marketing consultant, patent pending inventor, and entrepreneur.

Real Estate

Several years ago, I became a real estate broker to apply my business knowledge, promote communities, and ultimately to find opportunities and create great wealth for those I care most about. I’ve never been satisfied with “business as usual” and my approach to real estate is no different. I could not recommend a good online property search tool to my clients, so I built one: HomeMap.com. I could not recommend a good blogging tool for my fellow agents, so I built one: BestAgentBlogs.com.

A Unique Approach

I know my strengths and my weaknesses. I will compete aggressively for business when my skills match a client’s needs. On the other hand, if I determine that another agent can serve someone better than I can, I arrange introductions. Ironically, referring people to other superbly qualified agents is the fastest growing part of my business. Virtually every agent out there is happy to pay me a referral fee for sending business their way… But only if they are able to successfully help a person to buy or sell a property in a win-win scenario.
